BAAAAAA~

While the texas farmers struggle with drought and forest fires blaze out west we continue to get rain, rain and more rain. It had made it impossible to get any hay sqaure baled. So far all hay has had to be wrapped, or put in the silos~ Hopefully we will get some dry weather in August~

cow painting

Till the cows come home.... have you ever thought about that saying??? Well.........work does go on hold until the cows do come home. Yesterday a visit from the hoof trimmer was enough to dicourage the cows from coming back inat night for milking~ Needless to say, milking wasn't over until 7:30~

A new painting~ I am used to painting everyday, but with the recent renovations here I had put the paint brushes up~ There is nothing more relaxing to me than painting...it is my time, my peace. I love to watch as the personality emerges, layer by layer, stroke by stroke~

This painting is now available on my ebay site~

Around here I am the person who is probably most Internet literate,,....however, I struggle with the blog and links. I want to thank those who write, I do appreciate your comments , I just can't figure how to respond~
